The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the towels provided were luxurious. On-street parking was plentiful and the location was great, with an easy walk into town. the beds were comfortable and the check-in/out process was simple. we had a very pleasurable stay and would love to revisit.
We would have liked some larger pans in the kitchen and there was a leak that needs to be properly addressed.

The beds were clean and comfortable, and the towels provided were luxurious. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to local amenities. Plus, the on-street parking was hassle-free and there was plenty of space for our mini bus.
The stairs were steep and not accessible for people with disabilities or the elderly. the fridge was too small and not sufficient for the number of guests the property accommodates.

The house was huge and had plenty of space for our group of 10 people. We loved how close it was to all the local amenities and the city centre. the hygiene and cleanliness of the property were top-notch, with clean towels in every room and comfortable beds. We also appreciated the dishwasher and the well-stocked kitchen with enough chairs, cutlery, and plates for everyone. the big dining table was perfect for our Sunday roast, and the WiFi signal was strong even with all of us connected. the host and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and parking on the street was easy with enough space for our mini bus.
The stairs were very steep, making it difficult for people with disabilities or the elderly. It would have been better to have a toilet on the bottom floor for convenience.

The house was surprisingly spacious and well-appointed. It had all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, and the living room was bright and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the best night's sleep I've had in years. the host was very kind and accommodating, making us feel welcome and at home. The on-street parking was easy to find and there was enough space for our group.
That there was only one parking permit provided, which meant we had to look for alternative parking on side roads. some small details could be improved, such as having spare rubbish bags or tea towels readily available and ensuring that all remote controls are in good condition for safety reasons.

We stayed at Palatine House for a week with a group of 4 adults and 4 children. The property size was brilliant, with plenty of rooms to suit us all. The walk to the front was only about 15 mins, which was nothing really. The owner was really pleasant and accommodating, and the beds gave us the best night's sleep we've had in years. The house was fresh, spacious, and well-appointed, with a great kitchen, clean carpets, and a garage for our bikes. a lovely stay and we would definitely come back.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The towels provided were very luxurious and added a touch of luxury to our stay. On-street parking was easy to find and there were plenty of spaces available, making it convenient for us. it was a pleasurable stay and we would love to come back again.
There was only one parking permit for the house, which was inconvenient for a large group. It would have been better if there were more permits available.

The value for money was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, and we had a great night's sleep in the comfortable beds. The location was perfect, quiet at night but still within walking distance of all the shops and attractions. The staff, especially Janette, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with a wider selection of options.
